Hi! And welcome.
Baking cookies has been a part of my life ever since I can remember. I still have my first cookie recipe book from when I was six years old. As an adult, I continued to bake gifts for friends. I believe giving cookies is a wonderful way to show your love.Â
Â
I recently decided that my passion for baking and giving gifts was something I wanted to share. Up until now, my career has been focused on nutrition, healthy eating, and finding joy in food. As a dietitian, I understand the value of simple ingredients and am committed to using only clean, real, natural ingredients in anything I create.

Amati means 'beloved' in Italian; Love should always be shared with others and cherished.

Our Commitment
In the spirit of giving and gifting, we are committed to providing a donation of 3% of our annual profits to organizations that support women and babies in the 'fourth trimester' after birth.

I know every woman who has experienced becoming a mom has their own story, and I am no exception. My son was born through an emergency c-section and was placed in the NICU immediately after birth. As a first time mom, I felt alone, emotional, vulnerable, and terrified for my son. This experience highlighted for me the need for women, babies, and their families to have support during the moments and months following birth.
Â
We are committed to support organizations that offer opportunities for women and their families to get the comfort and encouragement that they need to recover and begin their new lives with their babies.Â
