How far in advance do I need to order?

Two weeks - we have a minimum lead time requirement needed prior to the order/event date to accommodate our made to order baking process.  If you have specific, special circumstances, please contact us via email.  We will work with you on a tight timeline if we can.  We reserve the right to cancel the order, with a full refund, if not enough lead time is given.

When will I receive the product?

1-3 days prior to the date you request - we will ship the product to be received prior to your event.  If you would like to receive it sooner, we can accommodate that as well, just let us know the date you would prefer to receive the product. Overnight and expedited shipping options are also available.  Please note that all delivery dates are estimates. We are not responsible for delays that are out of our control, such as severe weather or other transit delays. Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email.

What is your return policy?

For food safety reasons, returns are not accepted and therefore not eligible for refunds. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us. We will do our best to work with you to come to a satisfactory solution.

Where do you ship?

Anywhere in the continental US - we can also ship to Hawaii and Alaska, but there would be additional shipping and handling charges assessed. Please email us with any other specific shipping requests.

What are your delivery rates?

Rates are calculated based on volume - the final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout. Overnight and expedited shipping options are available at an additional charge and can be chosen at checkout.

Do you have gluten-free options?

Yes - we do offer two flavors that are gluten-free: almond and cardamom cinnamon nutmeg. While we take all possible precautions to minimize the risk of cross-contact, including dedicated utensils and equipment, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of gluten. Our products are prepared in a kitchen that also handles gluten-containing ingredients. We are not a certified gluten-free facility.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes - we care about what impacts our packaging makes to the environment. We use packaging made from paper and plant-based cellulose that is certified compostable and easily biodegrades. Our clear packaging is moisture resistant and a USDA certified biobased product.

Question 8

What is the benefit of ordering a sampler box?

Accepted Answer

The sampler box gives you an opportunity to try up to four flavors of your choosing to help you decide which you like best. And, if you end up ordering biscotti from us for your event after purchasing a sampler box, we will credit you back for the cost of one sampler. It's like having a $28.00 coupon!Note: This only applies if you place a biscotti order for greater than $28.00 (not including taxes or shipping). If you order multiple sampler boxes, you will only receive the cost of one box, which is $28.00, as a credit.Please contact us with any additional questions.
